As an IT Systems Administrator, you will manage cloud services, provide IT support, implement security practices, and streamline helpdesk operations.

Build and maintain SQL/dbt data models and BI layer (LookML/Looker) for the Insights product. Design transformations, dashboards, row-level security, and tests; translate business needs into end-to-end technical solutions; optimize complex queries and refactor models as the data platform modernizes. Collaborate with North America teams and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Lead a squad building a next-generation fundraising platform: own architecture and roadmap, drive monolith-to-service transition, embed AI-native tooling, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, hire and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable one-click subscription and onboarding workflows.
