Designs, implements, integrates, and optimizes SAP PP, PM, and QM solutions for manufacturing, maintenance, and quality processes. Translates business requirements into scalable SAP designs, leads solution governance, supports testing and training, and advises on upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transitions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, security, performance, and data-management standards.

Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects from planning through go-live and hypercare. Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, technical teams, vendors, and leadership while managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and project governance. Facilitate requirements workshops, steering meetings, UAT, training coordination, change management, status reporting, and cross-functional communication. Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

Leads SAP BTP and ABAP solution architecture, development, governance, and technical delivery. Designs clean-core compliant ABAP solutions and BTP applications using CAP, RAP, Fiori, integration services, and HANA Cloud. Translates client requirements into scalable architectures, leads workshops, reviews designs and code, mentors consultants, supports estimates and delivery planning, and resolves project risks. The role also establishes development standards and enables side-by-side and in-app extensibility.
