Own the end-to-end success journey for a SaaS product, managing strategic customer relationships, adoption, satisfaction, retention, and issue resolution. Analyze customer metrics, coordinate with Product and Engineering, support testing and releases, create enablement resources, conduct reviews and training, and provide actionable feedback. Lead and mentor a growing customer success team while aligning product value with enterprise customer outcomes.

Configure and implement products according to client requirements while managing project timelines, documentation, testing, and source control. Lead developers through technical guidance, training, code reviews, and best-practice enforcement. Communicate with customers on project progress, resolve defects, conduct impact analysis, and drive continuous improvement toward reduced QA issues.

Lead end-to-end platform implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, quality reviews, deployments, migrations, and post-go-live monitoring. Manage project teams of 10 or more, delegate work, assess performance, and coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and product development teams. Ensure releases meet quality standards before UAT and production deployment while managing scope, change requests, documentation, and feature delivery.
