Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including requirements gathering, configuration, workflow setup, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. Serve as the primary customer contact, translate business processes into product solutions, coordinate with Product Development and QA, manage milestones and expectations, and provide demos, knowledge transfer, and escalation support.

Lead end-to-end platform implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, releases, deployments, migrations, documentation, and post-go-live monitoring. Oversee project teams of 10 or more, evaluate performance, delegate work, and maintain stakeholder communication. Collaborate with product development on client-requested features, review design and testing deliverables, manage UAT and production readiness, and ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery across US and international projects.

Lead and mentor a high-performing full-stack engineering team while overseeing product development, task allocation, release management, and DevOps. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product enhancements, architect scalable cloud infrastructure, and support a growing multi-tenant user base. Guide product development involving computer vision and deep learning technologies, while contributing technical leadership, communication, vendor management, and strategic decision-making.
