The intern will help audit LMS data, track learner metrics, coordinate multi-region schedules, manage training resources, and support RFPs, timelines, purchase orders, and operational workflows.

Leads HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, and learning and development across India and the Philippines. Manages labor-law compliance, employee relations, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment teams and vendors, employer branding, training programs, budgets, and HR analytics. Partners with business leaders on organizational development, expansion, change initiatives, and consistent employee experiences across both countries.
