Develops and manages technical proposal content connecting business development and delivery operations. Translates client requirements, execution strategies, risks, commercial objectives, and win themes into persuasive, compliant proposals. Coordinates distributed proposal teams, reviews and validates content, closes quality gaps, supports planning and continuous improvement, and coaches team members. Requires project delivery or engineering management experience, proposal or tender experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in an office-based workshare environment.

Designs and models telecommunications and security infrastructure using Smart 3D, Revit, and BIM tools. Converts sketches, specifications, and construction documents into detailed 3D models, drawings, and as-built documentation. Manages BIM workflows, performs clash detection, maintains telecom design standards, and ensures compliance with industry codes. Leads complex design projects, mentors junior staff, supports client reviews, and collaborates with engineering, construction, architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Specify process and utility packaged equipment, including boilers, refrigeration packages, and HVAC systems. Conduct technical bid evaluations, review vendor drawings, coordinate engineering information, witness vendor acceptance tests, and support field commissioning and startup. The role requires expertise in rotating machinery, API standards, centrifugal pumps and compressors, and experience with chemical, petrochemical, refining, LNG, and offshore projects. Global travel may be required.
