The Senior Machinery Expert develops specifications and provides technical guidance on rotating machinery and packaged units, ensuring compliance and quality in engineering projects.

Manages subcontracting activities from pre-award through closeout, including subcontractor qualification, RFI and RFP issuance, proposal evaluation, document preparation, negotiations, awards, amendments, claims resolution, and compliance with prime-contract flow-down requirements. Serves as the liaison between subcontractors and project managers while maintaining accurate, timely procurement administration.

Lead and manage India-wide Control Systems & Instrumentation engineering delivering FEED, detailed engineering, PMC, EPF and licensing support. Ensure technical governance, resource and capacity planning, quality, productivity, continuous improvement and integration with other disciplines. Drive capability development, digital engineering adoption, automation, and support major international projects and workshare models while developing technical leaders and ensuring project delivery.
