Leads process engineering activities for oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, offshore, and utilities projects. Develops design bases, philosophies, process simulations, heat and mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, utility balances, equipment designs, relief and flare calculations, and technical bid analyses. Coordinates engineering teams, vendors, licensors, schedules, and project risks. Supports safety studies, FEED and detailed engineering, and may contribute to commissioning and operations.

Leads civil and structural engineering for FEED, detailed, brownfield, and greenfield projects. Designs and reviews concrete and steel structures, foundations, pipe racks, buildings, and industrial facilities. Performs structural analysis, approves engineering deliverables, ensures compliance with codes and client standards, supports construction and commissioning, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, manages technical risks, and mentors junior engineers. Uses STAAD.Pro and provides technical leadership throughout EPC/EPCM project execution.

Administers AVEVA E3D project environments, user access, databases, global processes, catalogs, specifications, drafting libraries, ISODRAFT, clash management, and model review workflows. Supports discipline coordinators, enforces naming conventions, creates Navisworks files, troubleshoots E3D modules, and resolves isometric and clash issues. Requires an engineering degree and substantial oil and gas experience in E3D administration, information management, or piping.
