Manage daily deductions and dispute resolution within Invoice-to-Cash: identify customer deductions, collect documentation, perform root-cause analysis, process adjustments/write-offs, ensure SLA adherence, support automation performance, and provide reporting and analytics.

Lead regional FP&A activities for APAC markets including monthly forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, system/data integrity (SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI), process automation, cross-functional business partnering, and ad-hoc financial projects.
