Drive ServiceNow-based solutions, governance, content standards, taxonomy, stakeholder collaboration, UX improvements, documentation, and project delivery. Measure knowledge usage, oversee technology service portfolios, and lead Agile teams to deliver portal and catalog features.

Lead and mentor UX and visual designers to deliver user-centered digital experiences for enterprise and data products. Run design thinking workshops, conduct user research, create personas, flows, wireframes and prototypes, design dashboards and BI visualizations, collaborate with product and development teams, and ensure design governance, usability testing and timely delivery.
