Responsibilities include service delivery, incident management, governance, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, business continuity, cloud financial operations, cost optimization, capacity planning, and executive reporting. The role requires maintaining highly available, reliable, secure, and compliant enterprise cloud platforms while standardizing operating models and operational processes.
