Owns global compute, virtualization, storage, backup, Windows, Linux, and Azure infrastructure. Leads architecture, standards, capacity planning, patching, security, observability, automation, incident escalation, technical projects, vendor coordination, documentation, and cost optimization. Provides mentoring and participates in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.

Lead end-to-end sales and revenue growth for CLM Contract Management Services. Own quotas for implementations, migrations, managed and AI-enabled contract services; generate pipeline via outbound, partners, and events; manage deal cycles from qualification to close; build relationships with legal and procurement stakeholders; develop GTM with cross-functional teams; forecast pipeline and coach junior BD/sales staff.
