Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather requirements, configure and customize modules, manage a functional/technical team, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity and compliance, and support financial reporting and audits.

Senior Oracle ERP Functional Analyst who gathers requirements, configures and supports Oracle ERP Cloud modules (especially Finance), troubleshoots issues, develops SQL-based reports, supports implementations/upgrades, manages integrations and data migration, performs UAT, and provides documentation and user training.

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Serve as SME and bridge between HR and IT, manage a small HCM team, deliver configurations, custom development (Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI), integrations (OIC/REST/SOAP), data migrations/HDL, testing, deployments, and quarterly update management.
