Lead the design and delivery of scalable Lakehouse data solutions using Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Spark, and Delta Lake. Own enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, migration, performance optimization, data quality, governance, security, and monitoring. Define engineering standards, review technical designs, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, support planning and risk management, and mentor Data Engineers.

Coordinates global business travel operations, including vendor and supplier management, travel policy compliance, expense processes, invoice reconciliation, reporting, hotel sourcing, and employee support. Analyzes travel spend, identifies savings, supports automation and audits, maintains travel content, and contributes to travel initiatives. Collaborates with HR, Finance, and Procurement while assisting with training, dashboards, process improvements, and stakeholder communications.

The Business Development Specialist will generate leads, qualify opportunities, manage CRM data, and support sales and marketing efforts to expand business in the material handling industry.
