Administer mainframe storage environments across DASD, tape, replication, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations. Configure volumes, manage SMS rules and catalogs, perform migrations, optimize storage space, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain operational procedures within SLA requirements. Support multiple LPARs, CECs, DASD and VTS controllers, participate in recovery testing, lead operations meetings, and provide on-call support across global customer hours.

Leads IBM z/OS system programming and mainframe infrastructure initiatives, including SMP/E maintenance, upgrades, migrations, subsystem support, performance tuning, capacity planning, automation, security, disaster recovery, monitoring, and incident resolution. Provides production support in SLA-driven environments, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, performs root cause analysis, drives modernization, and mentors team members.

Designs, integrates, troubleshoots, and automates enterprise infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud, and systems. The role delivers hybrid cloud and on-premises solutions, diagnoses complex issues, assesses risks, documents architectures, coordinates technical teams, and communicates solutions to customers. It requires expertise in a technology domain, enterprise IT application experience, AWS public cloud experience, and strong Windows and Linux knowledge.
