Configure and maintain IBM Z mainframe I/O environments, including channels, control units, devices, IOCDS, and related hardware. Support z/OS IPLs, troubleshoot connectivity and configuration issues, optimize channel paths, and coordinate hardware additions, upgrades, migrations, and activations. Perform impact analysis, validation, documentation, and change management while supporting storage, FICON, disaster recovery, virtualization, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure.

Analyzes Salesforce business requirements, translates them into functional specifications and user stories, and performs comprehensive functional, system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing. The role manages test planning, defect triage, requirements traceability, release validation, and stakeholder collaboration across Salesforce development, QA, and business teams.

Manage and secure enterprise mainframe environments using ACF2, including access administration, dataset and resource rules, compliance monitoring, audit reporting, incident investigation, certificate deployment, and pervasive encryption. The role coordinates with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and auditors; prepares reports and presentations; supports security operations around the clock; and maintains z/OS security architecture and configurations.
