Drive sales growth for Passive Networking Solutions and Rack products in Chennai by developing sales strategies, identifying customers and partners, delivering presentations, negotiating and closing deals, providing pre/post-sales support, collaborating with the business development team, reporting results, conducting market research, and supporting sales team training.

Lead corporate finance and controllership functions including accounting, AP, treasury, direct tax, statutory and internal audits, internal controls, SG&A analysis, budgeting, and finance business partnering. Manage finance teams, drive compliance and process improvements, coordinate with auditors and bankers, and support EXIM/LC and subsidiary/trust tax filings.

Manage sales territories, distributor relationships, and retail partnerships to expand product distribution and market presence. Identify sales opportunities, analyze sales and market data, support campaigns and promotions, and provide customer service to retail partners and end-users. Represent the company at industry events, communicate product benefits, monitor competitors, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. Travel within assigned territories as required.
