Oversee all operations of a 1-Phase manufacturing plant, including production planning, safety, quality, budgeting, staffing, maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, supply chain, R&D, and customer support to ensure production targets and material availability. Lead plant personnel, optimize costs and equipment uptime, prepare performance reports, and maintain regulatory and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, identifying and closing project opportunities, managing customer and partner relationships, forecasting pipeline performance, negotiating contracts, coordinating project delivery, conducting product presentations and training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Extensive territory travel is required.
