Handles escalated Tier 1 tickets, guides support staff, identifies issue trends, provides customer feedback, supports process improvements, and assists with related projects. The role requires strong customer care, troubleshooting, communication, ticketing-system, and video-conferencing software experience.

Owns the enterprise Zendesk platform strategy, architecture, governance, roadmap, integrations, automation, routing, security, and delivery. Leads and mentors the platform engineering and administration team, partners with customer experience stakeholders, translates business needs into technical requirements, and ensures scalability, performance, compliance, and innovation across Zendesk capabilities.
