Leads architecture and hands-on development of cross-platform desktop software for hardware peripherals on MacOS and Windows. Owns technical decisions, software-firmware integration, coding standards, testing, performance, and feature delivery. Mentors engineers, leads technical reviews, guides Scrum processes, and collaborates with product, firmware, QA, and design teams. Requires deep C/C++ expertise, HID protocol experience, firmware update knowledge, and strong architectural and stakeholder leadership skills.

Owns the Salesforce ecosystem’s architecture, strategy, governance, roadmap, backlog, security, performance, and release management. Leads hands-on design and development across multiple Salesforce clouds, evaluates platform innovations, and mentors the Platform Engineering team. Partners with senior business stakeholders to translate objectives into technical requirements, communicates platform vision, manages dependencies, and ensures scalable, resilient delivery. The role requires extensive Salesforce experience, enterprise architecture expertise, technical leadership, and strong Agile product management capabilities.

Develop, maintain, and support the DTC e-commerce ecosystem and integrations (MOR, OMS, payment, fraud, tax). Design scalable architectures, optimize performance and security, collaborate across product and IT teams, create technical roadmaps, and document architecture to support omnichannel expansion and long-term stability.
