Develop and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, AI agents, and generative AI. Identify automation opportunities across sales, marketing, CRM, and operations; build scalable workflows; optimize token usage and context windows; and support lead generation, prospect qualification, CRM management, and digital marketing initiatives.

Manage direct sales of industrial capital equipment across assigned territories. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer relationship management, technical demonstrations, trials, proposals, estimating, negotiations, order management, collections, troubleshooting, after-sales support, and achieving sales, collection, and profitability targets. The role requires regular customer visits across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, plus coordination with internal sales teams.

Responsible for direct sales of cutting tools and metalworking solutions across industrial sectors. Manages lead generation, demonstrations, customer trials, technical support, proposals, negotiations, order management, collections, and after-sales troubleshooting. Builds customer relationships, meets sales and profitability targets, and travels regularly across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Requires techno-commercial knowledge, familiarity with CNC machining and manufacturing processes, and coordination with sales teams and company leadership.
