Leads distributed People Operations teams and oversees end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, job changes, exits, recruitment operations, Workday data integrity, employee query resolution, KPI monitoring, process improvement, employee self-service adoption, HR projects, stakeholder collaboration, change management, and training. The role drives consistent, compliant, high-quality employee experiences across multiple countries.

Provide post-onboarding customer support across channels, manage cases and contracts, resolve disputes, perform day-to-day operational tasks per processes, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and strong customer relationships.
