Lead revenue management for a cluster of hotels by optimizing room and function-space inventory, pricing, and restrictions. Build rates, forecasts, budgets and sales strategies, analyze revenue/profit/demand, run revenue tests, ensure reservation and inventory systems implement strategies, and provide reports and recommendations to property and regional leadership to maximize RevPAR and RevPAS.
