Independently manages talent acquisition from requisition through joining, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and recruitment tracking. Supports onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance review processes, HR reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Contributes to HR process improvement and digitalization using Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, and Power BI to build workflows, dashboards, trackers, and automated notifications.

Manage international procurement, vendor communication, import documentation, customs coordination, freight forwarding, shipment tracking, material inspection, and customer dispatch. Maintain purchase, invoice, and shipping records while proactively resolving delays and providing timely updates to internal teams. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, communication, organization, and independent ownership across multiple procurement and logistics activities.

Leads software engineers while owning application architecture, technical design, coding standards, reviews, planning, and mentoring. Develops scalable Python applications, RESTful APIs, and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Designs database schemas and data-access layers, optimizes performance, troubleshoots production issues, and performs debugging and root-cause analysis. Works with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, DevOps tooling, messaging systems, testing frameworks, observability tools, and Agile/Scrum practices.
