Leads strategic banking, financial services, and insurance accounts through digital transformation initiatives. Manages account plans, revenue targets, customer outcomes, sales consumption, and adoption goals. Builds executive relationships, identifies industry-specific opportunities, develops customized pitches, and coordinates multicultural virtual teams and partners to deliver transformative business results.

Manage PMO support for Microsoft consulting engagements, including project financials, staffing, risk and issue management, reporting, quality, governance, resource coordination, consumption tracking, subcontractor setup, billing escalations, and project closure. Partner with Area Project Managers and delivery teams to improve process adherence, maintain project hygiene, monitor budgets and forecasts, support customer satisfaction, and ensure successful execution across the engagement lifecycle.
