Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, team performance, Java and Spring Boot backend API design, React frontend architecture, cloud deployment pipelines, DevOps processes, and Snowflake and Databricks integrations. Conduct performance reviews and guide scalable analytics applications, with preferred exposure to AI features and BI or reporting systems.
