Develops and maintains Python-Selenium automation frameworks for end-to-end testing of a cloud contact center platform. Responsibilities include writing automated tests, analyzing test and product logs, debugging processes, supporting web, backend, API, and microservices testing, improving automation tools, and collaborating with Development, DevOps, TechOps, and network teams. The role also reports testing progress, develops methodologies, and mentors team members.

Develop scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, and Azure. Build RESTful APIs, optimize databases, deploy and monitor cloud applications, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and apply DevOps, security, testing, and code-quality practices. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and use containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and AI coding tools to improve delivery.

Develop and implement NICE CXone routing solutions, IVR applications, call flows, and backend API integrations. Support migration from legacy call center systems to omnichannel platforms. Responsibilities include release planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, contact center routing design, solution optimization, API development, incident coordination, and support ticket oversight.

Lead the modernization and automation of large-scale global network infrastructure using Network-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and CI/CD. Design Kubernetes networking and enterprise routing architectures, support hybrid environments, and serve as a Tier-4 escalation authority. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network failures, leading root cause analyses, improving reliability, and automating security and compliance validation for network deployments.

Develop and maintain CRM integrations and a scalable global voice platform. Responsibilities include designing JavaScript and Java solutions, building REST microservices, troubleshooting production systems, applying performance and reliability practices, collaborating in Agile teams, and maintaining unit and functional test coverage. The role also requires technical documentation and stakeholder communication, with cloud platform and real-time communications experience beneficial.

Provide L3 production support for NICE CXone contact center environments. Monitor platform health, resolve incidents and outages, perform RCAs, support ACD/IVR/routing/agent desktop/digital channels, troubleshoot APIs/telephony/CRM/cloud integrations, support deployments, create operational documentation, and drive automation and improvements.

Define technical visions and architecture for products, platforms, and enterprise systems. Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid solutions. Establish engineering standards, assess technical risks, conduct architecture reviews, and guide modernization initiatives. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, support engineering teams through complex decisions, mentor technical leaders, and contribute to product roadmaps, DevOps practices, and technology strategy.
