Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs in Python on AWS. Integrate Pindrop and contact center solutions (Amazon Connect), work with SQL/NoSQL databases, implement CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation/Terraform), and support migrations from legacy contact center platforms.

Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud. Build dashboards, alerts, telemetry frameworks, automation, runbook/self-healing workflows, SLIs/SLOs, and AIOps-driven alerting to improve MTTD/MTTR. Integrate observability with CI/CD, cloud services, and ITSM while collaborating with engineering and operations to establish standards and readiness practices.
