Responsibilities include release planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, contact center routing design, solution optimization, API development, incident coordination, and support ticket oversight.

Lead the modernization and automation of large-scale global network infrastructure using Network-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and CI/CD. Design Kubernetes networking and enterprise routing architectures, support hybrid environments, and serve as a Tier-4 escalation authority. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network failures, leading root cause analyses, improving reliability, and automating security and compliance validation for network deployments.
