Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing inquiries, payment collections, escalations, account reconciliation, payment records, and customer follow-ups. Maintain AR trackers, dashboards, KPIs, ledgers, journals, and process documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve repayment terms, ensure accurate records, and support global collections strategies. Represent the AR Manager in stakeholder and executive meetings.

Develop and manage strategic UK partner relationships, drive revenue and sales targets through channel collaboration, support deal progression, and coordinate partner enablement. Collaborate with presales, customer success, marketing, and support teams to ensure partner and customer success. Lead market-specific demand generation, provide technical and operational partner support, and manage customer queries. Requires B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience, UK market knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to work UK-aligned night shifts.

Coordinate domestic and international employee travel, including bookings, itineraries, accommodation, transfers, and escalations. Support sales, partner, office, and employee engagement events across India and global locations. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, quotations, negotiations, procurement requests, invoices, records, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with employees, internal stakeholders, hotels, travel agencies, event providers, and other service partners while ensuring policy, quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
