Monitor vehicle DTC and CAN parameters 24/7 at a command center, create and track DMS tickets, provide L1 phone support to customers/drivers, coordinate with dealers for critical or immobile vehicles, produce KPI and management reports, and perform job card analysis for cost avoidance and continuous improvement.

The Diagnostic Support Engineer monitors DTC/CAN parameters, provides customer support, manages escalations, and coordinates vehicle issue resolutions with dealers.
