Provide remote and onsite technical support to automotive dealers by diagnosing complex vehicle repair issues, analyzing service-quality feedback, developing corrective actions, and resolving delayed cases. Support new product launches, improve dealer repair processes, create training modules, train technicians, implement “Fix it right” practices, and address issues involving diagnostics, tooling, technical literature, and vehicle communications. The role requires hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, CAN diagnostics, hybrid and electric vehicles, and dealer operations.

Manage and verify QMS and ISMS activities across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, TISAX, and company policies. Coordinate internal and external audits, corrective actions, risk assessments, compliance initiatives, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement. Support workforce awareness, stakeholder collaboration, project delivery, and integration of quality and information security requirements across operational and support functions.

Create business proposals, sales presentations, corporate decks, and other visual materials. Format documents in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, edit images in Photoshop, and transform complex content into clear, engaging visual formats. Maintain corporate brand alignment through strong layout, spacing, color, and visual storytelling. Manage multiple fast-turnaround design tasks, collaborate with teams, and adapt to changing branding requirements.
