Manage end-to-end EOR partner payroll processing for North America, ensuring accurate payments, regulatory compliance, and data security. Develop payroll procedures, lead and train payroll specialists, collaborate with operations, accounting, vendors, and external stakeholders, analyze payroll trends, improve efficiency, and support payroll strategy. Provide timely assistance with payroll inquiries and maintain current knowledge of tax, labor, and payroll regulations.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and APAC countries, including payroll inputs, gross-to-net validation, statutory compliance, taxation, reconciliations, reporting, disbursement, and issue resolution. Partner with clients, employees, finance, HR, tax, compliance, technology, and local payroll providers. Support payroll implementations and transitions, maintain controls and documentation, improve processes, and provide subject-matter expertise across global payroll operations.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and global payment processing, including invoice verification, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, payroll payments, statutory payments, and foreign exchange transactions. Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger, resolve discrepancies, support audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance teams, banking partners, employees, and vendors while meeting payment deadlines and accuracy targets.
