Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams while preparing technical documentation and improving Oracle ERP performance and maintainability.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, enhances, and supports Workday integrations using EIBs, connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. Configures business processes, Workday security, and reports including BIRT reports. Provides production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, mass data uploads, content administration, and integration maintenance across HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, and learning systems. Collaborates with stakeholders and IT teams while following ITSM incident, problem, and change-management processes.
