Deliver full lifecycle development, produce high-quality code, troubleshoot and resolve critical Workday production incidents (Integrations, Reporting, Prism), collaborate with global stakeholders, participate in on-call support and UK shifts, and apply DevOps, testing and best-practice approaches for scalability and performance.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, own roadmap, KPIs and risk, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, lead engineering teams from concept to delivery, make data-driven decisions, report product performance, and craft clear value propositions for leadership and customers.
