As a Software Engineer, you'll build high-performance solutions, manage the software life cycle, and collaborate with teams on coding, testing, and software engineering optimization.

Design, build and maintain automated test strategies and reusable test suites across delivery models. Support feature teams with CI/CD-aligned automation, integration testing for ATM/mainframe systems, defect prevention, reporting test progress, and ensuring compliance and delivery standards are met.

Lead culture and capability transformation for the Architecture & Engineering community. Design and embed frameworks, oversee programmes (promotions, hiring, job simplification), use data to measure and improve performance, coordinate cross-functional delivery, report to senior stakeholders, and drive sustainable capability uplift across engineering teams.
