Design, build, and maintain manual and automated end-to-end tests for front-end and back-end APIs. Use Cucumber BDD, Postman, Jenkins, and SQL to validate functionality, data integrity, and performance across cloud-native and big-data environments (GCP/BigQuery). Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, track defects in Jira, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure continuous quality.

Provide Level 2/3 AMS support and SAP EWM implementation work: diagnose and resolve WMS incidents, lead improvements and small developments, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform RCA, manage transports and testing (unit, integration, UAT), support releases and post-go-live stabilization, and document system configurations and procedures.

Lead advanced analytics and ML projects: perform EDA, feature engineering, statistical modeling, and build/optimize production ML and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, embeddings, RAG). Collaborate with engineering and MLOps to deploy and monitor models, create visualizations and dashboards, translate insights for stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
