Drive sales of Netskope cloud security solutions by presenting architecture and demonstrations, gathering technical requirements, leading evaluations and proof-of-concepts, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and differentiating against competitors. Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, provide product feedback, support customer success, and influence security executives and architects. The role requires extensive experience with security, networking, identity, cloud, endpoint, and public cloud technologies, plus regional travel.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of Secure Web Gateway products. Design and implement highly scalable, low-latency cloud security services that inspect network traffic, enforce DLP and threat policies, protect LLM and generative AI applications, and integrate key management capabilities. Provide technical leadership, guide product requirements, resolve complex customer issues, promote engineering best practices, and represent the company in industry forums.

Develop full-stack web applications for Netskope’s security products, implementing reusable React or Angular UI components and supporting WebUI backend services. Collaborate with backend teams across machine learning, threat, DLP, IaaS, and API technologies. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize application performance, apply secure development practices, and evaluate emerging web technologies and AI-assisted coding tools.

The Senior Systems Engineer role involves implementing strategies and solutions for production services, developing and automating complex computing systems, and acting as a subject matter expert for Netskope products.

Operate and improve production data infrastructure across large-scale distributed cloud systems. Monitor performance, manage alerts, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, automate repetitive tasks, support CI/CD pipelines, document runbooks, and assist with capacity planning. The role requires participation in an on-call rotation and collaboration with Engineering to maintain reliability, efficiency, and uptime.

Drive channel sales across Delhi and the Northern region with focus on government accounts. Manage VAR/reseller relationships, recruit and enable partners, coordinate with regional sales, handle deal registration/pricing, and exceed territory quota. Role requires heavy travel and partner-facing engagement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud services and REST APIs for a cloud-scale Data Security Posture Management platform. Participate in planning, estimation, code reviews, and sprints; collaborate with product; support and troubleshoot production issues; and improve processes, CI, and reliability while working across front-end, back-end, and services.
