Leads multiple cross-functional software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and compliance programs across global teams. Develops schedules, budgets, resource plans, roadmaps, and risk-management strategies; coordinates sprint planning, releases, testing, and post-launch improvements. The role requires extensive Golang experience, cloud scaling expertise, CI/CD knowledge, observability experience, and the ability to influence AI-assisted development practices.

Operate and improve production data infrastructure across large-scale distributed cloud systems. Monitor performance, manage alerts, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, automate repetitive tasks, support CI/CD pipelines, document runbooks, and assist with capacity planning. The role requires participation in an on-call rotation and collaboration with Engineering to maintain reliability, efficiency, and uptime.

Design and implement data-loss prevention features for a Windows endpoint security agent using modern C++ and advanced algorithms. Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership throughout project discovery, planning, implementation, and delivery. The role requires deep Windows security software experience across kernel and user-land, ETW, multithreading, data structures, troubleshooting, and sensitive data protection.

Build Python automation for functional, regression, security, performance, and scale testing of endpoint data-loss prevention products. Develop high-throughput test code, analyze requirements, design scalable and observable solutions, create development test routines, test distributed systems, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and QA teams. The role requires deep Windows and macOS expertise, CI/CD experience, and strong software engineering fundamentals.

Own regional sales targets by presenting Netskope cloud security solutions, leading demos, POCs and evaluations, gathering technical requirements, resolving customer issues, and providing product feedback to drive adoption and revenue. Heavy regional travel and cross-functional escalation required.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of Secure Web Gateway products. Design and implement highly scalable, low-latency cloud security services that inspect network traffic, enforce DLP and threat policies, protect LLM and generative AI applications, and integrate key management capabilities. Provide technical leadership, guide product requirements, resolve complex customer issues, promote engineering best practices, and represent the company in industry forums.

Develop full-stack web applications for Netskope’s security products, implementing reusable React or Angular UI components and supporting WebUI backend services. Collaborate with backend teams across machine learning, threat, DLP, IaaS, and API technologies. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize application performance, apply secure development practices, and evaluate emerging web technologies and AI-assisted coding tools.

Drive channel sales across Delhi and the Northern region with focus on government accounts. Manage VAR/reseller relationships, recruit and enable partners, coordinate with regional sales, handle deal registration/pricing, and exceed territory quota. Role requires heavy travel and partner-facing engagement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud services and REST APIs for a cloud-scale Data Security Posture Management platform. Participate in planning, estimation, code reviews, and sprints; collaborate with product; support and troubleshoot production issues; and improve processes, CI, and reliability while working across front-end, back-end, and services.
