Manage multiple technical projects from scope definition through delivery, coordinating internal teams, vendors, clients, budgets, schedules, risks, documentation, and communications. The role requires networking knowledge, strong stakeholder management, project planning, change control, and the ability to work under pressure and shifts. PMP certification, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and project management software experience are required; CCNA knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Coordinates technology installation projects by scheduling technicians, labor, materials, vendors, and subcontractors. Communicates status to customers, gathers deliverables, documents progress, verifies technician activity, tracks budgets and contracts, closes work orders, supports billing, and obtains vendor invoices. The role monitors project metrics, deadlines, margins, and invoicing while maintaining customer and field-team relationships.

Manage network operations issues from identification through closure, produce accurate daily status and SLA reports, validate and reconcile data, analyze root causes, coordinate technical resolution, and automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks using Excel, dashboards, Python, or scripting. The role requires strong network architecture knowledge, hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls, clear stakeholder communication, documentation, and willingness to work shifts from the Bangalore or Hyderabad office.
