Provides desktop support, hardware procurement and inventory management, computer imaging, account setup, software training, and troubleshooting for end users. Manages employee onboarding and offboarding across Active Directory, Exchange, Google Workspace, and other systems. Prepares weekly management reports and supports corporate applications and hardware in a hybrid Pittsburgh office environment.
