Lead the global Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream for an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Design and standardize R2R processes, partner with the systems integrator to configure financial modules, lead testing and data migration, drive change management and post-go-live optimization, and collaborate across finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure controls, automation, and reporting improvements.

Lead and manage US-focused purchasing team: process requisitions and POs, ensure approvals and on-time receipt, maintain purchasing SOPs and documentation, support audits, resolve supplier payment issues, analyze purchasing data, train new hires, monitor team metrics and workloads, act as backup to Procurement Manager.

Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders and procurement activities. Analyze KPIs, support testing for tools like NetSuite, and provide backup support across departments.

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will develop revenue forecasting models, perform variance analysis, partner across functions, and build dashboards for financial insights, among other responsibilities.

The Supply Chain Systems Data Steward will manage and standardize data processes in the supply chain, oversee data lifecycle, ensure data quality, and support business systems projects.
