Provides advanced L2 network fault management and support, including monitoring, fault isolation, root-cause analysis, incident restoration, field dispatch, and known-error resolution. Prepares network change procedures, rollback and contingency plans, validates designs and configurations, supports major incidents and critical activities, performs post-change stability checks, and documents findings. Requires expertise in IP-MPLS, MP-BGP, VPN technologies, Nokia platforms, mobile backhaul and core networks, network management systems, and live-environment troubleshooting.

Leads end-to-end supply chain activities for telecommunications product introductions and lifecycle management. Coordinates cross-functional teams and EMS, JDM, and ODM partners across prototypes, pilot production, material readiness, production ramp-up, engineering changes, capacity planning, supplier performance, and mass-production handoff. Supports product roadmaps, lifecycle reviews, allocations, end-of-life planning, issue resolution, delivery requirements, quality concerns, and customer complaints. Requires extensive electronics manufacturing or NPI experience and approximately 20% travel across Asia.

Lead design and architecture of cloud-based systems, mentor architects and developers, translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, optimize large-scale databases, conduct code reviews and performance tuning, document architectures, troubleshoot complex issues, and enforce security and best practices.
