Onboard, train, and support French-speaking market research panellists in India. Responsibilities include recruiting and replacing panellists, monitoring early participation and purchase scans, resolving engagement and quality issues, explaining rewards, maintaining demographic targets, recording interactions in GPM, and communicating feedback to project managers. The role requires professional English and fluent French, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, digital-platform literacy, and occasional face-to-face recruitment.

Owns administration, optimization, monitoring, automation, high availability, and disaster recovery for Linux servers and Oracle databases across production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include Oracle installation, patching, backup and recovery, performance tuning, infrastructure strategy, alerting, documentation, and out-of-hours support. The role partners with infrastructure and technology teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for customer receivables. Process vendor setups, generate invoices, credit memos, and account statements; manage online portals and respond to client and sales billing inquiries. Collaborate with revenue accounting and sales to support accurate revenue reporting.
