Lead product growth marketing for OKX across Northeast Asia, driving acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention, revenue, and adoption of priority crypto products. Develop market-specific GTM strategies, analyze user funnels and competitors, optimize digital growth channels and incentives, segment users, establish KPIs, and represent regional user needs to Product teams. Collaborate cross-functionally while accounting for local regulatory requirements and building scalable growth playbooks.

Lead and optimize affiliate and influencer partnerships to acquire trading users in Southeast Asia. Develop and scale affiliate campaigns and networks, analyze user behavior and KPIs using analytics tools, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion and performance.

Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in Northeast Asia, provide white-glove support, monitor trading behavior, coordinate with product/ops/compliance to resolve issues, support client acquisition via events and campaigns, and maintain accurate client records and reporting.
