Develop and maintain automated test suites and scripts (Python, bash, PowerShell) across containers and VMs; integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions); use test frameworks (Google Test, NUnit, Behave), static analysis (SonarQube, CodeQL), debug pipelines, and document test cases in TestRails while collaborating with developers.

Design and implement scalable Windows system-level features, lead end-to-end development, mentor junior engineers, participate in design/code reviews and on-call rotation, debug using WinDbg and profiling tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, high-availability solutions.

Develop and maintain a macOS agent: participate in design and code reviews, improve processes, handle on-call rotations and customer escalations, optimize performance, ensure secure packaging, testing, and cross-language interoperability between C++ and Swift.
