The role also requires maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with finance and inventory teams to support a smooth buying process.

Make outbound sales calls, qualify leads, follow up via phone/email/SMS, guide prospects through registration and onboarding, maintain CRM records, collaborate with teams to improve conversion, and provide customer support.
