Owns the architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap for a secure healthcare data platform across AWS, Azure, and Databricks. Designs ingestion, lakehouse, interoperability, governance, privacy, analytics, and operational reporting solutions. Establishes standards for Spark, Python, SQL, data quality, observability, metadata, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and disaster recovery. Leads healthcare data interoperability, security architecture, proofs of concept, performance assessments, technical roadmaps, and executive decision support.

Design user-centered experiences for a healthcare analytics and AI platform. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, dashboards, data visualizations, and conversational AI experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing, translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders throughout iterative development cycles.

Lead software engineering for distributed systems within United AI Studio. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and operating software; conducting code reviews; solving complex problems; mentoring engineers; and collaborating across teams. Required experience includes Java with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Python, cloud platforms, service-oriented development, software development lifecycle practices, and strong computer science fundamentals. Preferred experience includes databases, Terraform, CI/CD infrastructure, distributed teams, architecture, and AI/ML projects.
