Lead and manage software engineering teams while ensuring code quality and timely delivery of enterprise-grade applications, providing technical oversight and mentorship.

Manage a team of 20-25 coding analysts to meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards. Track production, analyze quality/error trends, identify root causes, develop and manage improvement plans, conduct evaluations, identify and deliver training, and coordinate with management to resolve workflow issues.

Manage end-to-end US healthcare AR collections and denial/appeals processes, lead a 20–70 person team, drive KPI improvement (DAR, aging, denial rate), coordinate with payers and clients, implement process improvements and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
