Lead the design and management of CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, infrastructure as code, cloud-based DevOps solutions, monitoring, automation, and operational troubleshooting. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and promote Agile and DevOps best practices across enterprise projects.

Leads enterprise observability strategy, architecture, integrations, governance, and implementation using Dynatrace. Defines SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, telemetry standards, dashboards, alerting, and reliability KPIs. Integrates observability with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM systems while driving AIOps capabilities such as anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, event correlation, automation, and self-healing. Leads application onboarding, stakeholder workshops, maturity assessments, implementation roadmaps, and adoption of SRE and DevOps best practices.

Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM architectures, lead Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock integrations, ensure API-based system integration and application security, drive AI/ML DevOps, support RFPs, and mentor teams in prompt engineering.
