Lead end-to-end development of full-stack features using Django and Angular, own system quality and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, use AI tools to accelerate engineering and build AI-powered customer features, maintain tests and code quality, and triage production issues.

Lead architecture and roadmap for the reporting platform; own report generation, data ingestion, and query performance in Python/Django/ClickHouse. Drive design decisions, reduce production recurrence, improve data pipelines, maintain portals, build dashboards, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with product and stakeholders.

Process, validate, and maintain invoice and workflow data across systems. Monitor workflows, identify root causes, run advanced analyses and reporting, optimize SQL queries, support automation initiatives, engage with customers to resolve data issues, document SOPs, and train junior staff to improve AI-driven coding and GL matching models.
