Lead rural sales operations for financial products, grow market share, recruit and coach Field Sales Executives, plan territories, communicate targets, monitor quality, audit acquisitions, ensure field activity, and drive cross-selling of merchant loans, personal loans, GOLD SIP, and merchant upgrades. Requires extensive travel, strong networking, and knowledge of lending products.

Drives offline user growth through market visits, merchant and business partnerships, institutional and community outreach, and local user acquisition initiatives. Identifies opportunities across high-footfall locations, gathers market feedback, supports campaigns and merchant programs, coordinates with internal teams, and tracks visits, partnerships, and execution. The role requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication, relationship-building, local market knowledge, and fluency in the local language.

Manage advertising sales for FMCG, consumer internet, and gaming clients. Own ad revenue metrics, build media pipelines, develop customized pitches, present solutions to senior stakeholders, oversee campaign delivery, collaborate cross-functionally on innovative advertising initiatives, and provide product feedback to improve performance and customer experience.
