Develop and support Salesforce and broader business systems solutions, including Apex and Visualforce applications, integrations, extensions, and customizations. Troubleshoot production issues, perform testing, analyze results, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical enhancements. The role also supports system administration, process automation, and ongoing optimization across enterprise applications.

Build and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, maintain Kubernetes clusters and Helm deployments, and develop GitOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code automation. Improve reliability through observability, SLI/SLO tracking, incident response, capacity planning, cost optimization, and resilience initiatives. Participate in on-call rotations, postmortems, documentation, and mentoring while supporting high-traffic payments, loyalty, and fuel-pricing platforms.

Manage and optimize enterprise AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 and RDS, while ensuring availability, performance, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. Monitor systems, respond to alerts, lead incident response and root cause analysis, perform deployments and security patching, and maintain operational documentation. Serve as a customer-facing communication lead by running governance meetings, providing status updates, coordinating stakeholders, and driving remediation and technical debt reduction.
