Lead technical consultant responsible for planning, estimating, designing, developing, testing, documenting, deploying, and supporting client applications. Leads requirements gathering, architects solutions, provides technical leadership and mentorship, collaborates with solution architects and developers, translates designs into functional requirements, and maintains client and team relationships. The role requires Python full-stack development using Django, FastAPI, React, cloud, SQL, CI/CD, and LLM technologies, along with consulting, communication, and Agile capabilities.

Participates in the full software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and application support. Gathers requirements, follows software development best practices, collaborates with solution architects and team members, and resolves technical issues through debugging and root-cause analysis. Works in Agile/Scrum environments and provides consulting and communication support across organizations.
