Processes invoices, payments, credit and debit memos, accruals, and account adjustments. Researches payment discrepancies, past-due invoices, unapplied funds, overpayments, and customer queries. Reconciles General Ledger and intercompany accounts, tracks sales tax documentation, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues accurately and timely.
