Lead and grow global data and analytics teams to deliver enterprise data platforms and analytics. Own portfolios, OKRs, and delivery; ensure production reliability and 24x7 operations; drive data governance, security, and compliance; enable analytics/BI self-service; partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and adopt GenAI and ML responsibly.

Translate engineering specifications into accurate BOM and catalogue data, manage engineering changes (ECO/ECM), maintain audit-ready documentation, ensure data integrity across ERP/PDM systems, enforce change management and quality compliance, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive configuration improvements.

Create medium- to long-term service workforce schedules; plan and schedule field service and preventative maintenance; handle exceptions; process parts/tools requests; coordinate subcontractor work orders; communicate schedule proposals and maintain resource data to meet customer demand.
