Lead and facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies, remove impediments, coach and protect the team, run release and sprint planning, groom backlog using Definition of Ready, facilitate estimations, conduct requirement-gathering workshops, breakdown stories into tasks, baseline features for upcoming releases, and resolve team issues to ensure progress against Program Increment commitments.

Lead design and implementation of microfrontend React architectures and performant, accessible web UIs. Build ASP.NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs. Drive cross-cutting concerns (auth, caching, logging), CI/CD, cloud deployments, code quality, and mentorship. Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements, address architectural gaps, and optimize SEO and Core Web Vitals.

Manage and maintain Sitecore-based website including content updates, site maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with stakeholders to support digital experiences.
