Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for IT contract staffing accounts. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, publishing job advertisements, preparing candidates, coordinating with clients and account managers, and submitting qualified resources. The recruiter will use Bullhorn, VMS platforms, and AI messaging tools while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Owns the operating model and execution strategy for an assigned go-to-market motion. Partners with Sales Leadership on campaigns, messaging, target accounts, partner initiatives, and pipeline generation. Leads GTM team operations, KPIs, onboarding, coaching, and capability development. Builds playbooks, workflows, qualification criteria, and training materials while leveraging market intelligence, automation, AI tools, and digital agents. Analyzes performance and market feedback to improve targeting, productivity, and commercial outcomes.

Identify and engage potential clients remotely, drive sales from lead generation to contract closure, and exceed performance metrics while nurturing existing accounts.
