Responsibilities include defining architecture, developing data models, evaluating business processes, guiding implementation and governance strategies, validating infrastructure, coordinating testing and performance optimization, managing internal and partner resources, conducting training, and participating in solution reviews. The role also collaborates with project managers on scope, resourcing, and delivery.

Owns end-to-end delivery of complex technology client engagements, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and governance. Leads project managers across workstreams, oversees financial and margin performance, communicates with clients and executives, and mentors delivery staff. Uses AI-assisted tools for risk analysis, schedule tracking, reporting, and steering committee materials while validating all generated outputs.

Lead end-to-end architecture and technical direction for enterprise Fluent Commerce OMS implementations. Design scalable, event-driven, API-based distributed order management solutions, integrations, inventory and fulfillment strategies, and high-availability architectures. Govern technical quality, review designs, guide implementation teams, lead client workshops, support production issues, and contribute to presales, estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
