Develop, maintain, and support AS400/iSeries applications using RPG (ILE and free-form), ACOM, and ShowCase Query. Participate in design, testing, Agile delivery, production support, change control, and SOX/IT security compliance. Collaborate with business and technical teams to estimate work, triage defects, and deploy changes to production.

Develop and implement SAP BTP solutions using CAP (Node.js/Java) and RAP (ABAP), build CDS views and OData services, integrate S/4HANA and on-prem systems via SAP Integration Suite, develop in ABAP and Java, and connect backend services to Fiori/UI5 frontends using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Perform functional and regression testing for CRM/Veeva applications supporting pharma commercial operations. Develop and execute test cases, validate customer master, order flows, and call activity modules, set up test data, report and triage defects, coordinate cross-functional test cycles, and maintain test documentation in ALM/JIRA.
