Configure business processes, build reports/EIBs, ensure data integrity and SOX compliance, provide ticketing support, troubleshoot issues, and partner with HR, Rewards, Talent, and IT on projects and process improvements.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, conduct code reviews, collaborate with teams, and solve complex technical issues while adhering to agile practices.

As a Senior AIOps Engineer, you will ensure AI and ML systems are reliable and efficient in production, collaborating with teams to improve observability, model performance, and infrastructure stability.
